No one can replace the connections student leaders have with their peers, or how they  constantly rise to the occasion to build community, advocate for each other, and make their group a great place to call home.

About Student Organization Services

There are two universal truths about all student organizations. 

 

1. Every student organization is unique

​The joy of being part of a student organization is that they form a unique identity every year based on membership and yearly needs, and the org puts a new spin on how they will live their mission. 

​

2. The only constant is change

As senior members (and advisors) leave, so too can those that know how to perform certain tasks - and new members are left reinventing the wheel relearning how to execute routine tasks. This can be quite frustrating for everyone involved, and it can take away from time leaders spend engaging new members and implementing goals. 

​

DRE Leadership aims to partner with student organizations in any way they can to help them achieve their goals. Some of our solutions include:

Consulting Process

Build the Relationship

The first thing we need to do is get to know each other! Let's discuss your organization, what type of services you're seeking, and if DRE Leadership can help. We want to be long-term partners, so let's make sure we are each others' best match to support your organization's goals. We will chat through options, define collaboration and final report needs, and come to an agreement of what we'll both do to make this partnership a success!

Collaboration

Collaboration is key! Whether you're signing up for a one-off presentation or looking to partner on a year-long leadership development plan, we need to keep communication open and both do everything to make this a success. As hard as we've tried we haven't found a magic wand...so we'll both have to roll up our sleeves and get to work!

Final Report

As part of our service we will deliver a final report to recap what work has been performed. It may be a formal report of survey results, data related to engagement in an online course, or as simple as an email recapping a one-off presentation. We want to provide transparency in what work was performed, successes and challenges, and future opportunities for partnership!
